SELLER CONSULTANT:  People sell their homes for many different reasons (Up Scaling, Downsizing, Divorce, Financial Distress, Death, etc) and I take a lot of pride in helping them make the "right decision" that is BEST for them. It may not be the right time emotionally or financially to sell.  My goal is to build relationships that last a lifetime. If the time is right, I'm ready to put my expertise to work and get your home SOLD for the Best Price and Shortest time possible. 

DRESSING YOUR HOUSE FOR SUCCESS: After working with thousands of buyers and sellers, I know what it takes to prepare your home and guide you as "stage" your house to show BEST, while working within the means of your household, as it relates to "comfort" and "affordability".

MARKETING: Every home has a story to tell and it is my job to highlight all the positive features and entice the buyer to want to see your home. Before they step inside I create a sense of excitement and a desire for your home to be "the one" the buyer has been looking for.

PRICING: My goal is to SELL your house, not to list it. I will provide you with the best comparable sales within the past 12 months, a current list of competing properties and history; and together based on factual information determine what your home is worth in today's market. I will not tell you what you want to hear just to get "a listing". I will be honest and professional so that your home will be "SOLD!"

MORTGAGE FINANCING: Whether it is your first home or 3rd home, everyone is interested in finding a reputable lender, the best interest rates, low closing costs, reasonable processing time and the best program to fit their needs. I will assist and help guide you so that you have a smooth and satisfied buying experience. For first-time buyers I help prepare a budget so that they are comfortable with the new mortgage payment and have a true sense of related expenses (utilities) to best prepare for home ownership.

NEGOTIATION: As a Certified Negotiation Specialist I will assist you in negotiation situations that result in an agreed upon purchase price that is fair for both parties. Put my experience and finesse to the test! You won't be disappointed!

PROBLEM SOLVING: The true test of a "Great Realtor" is how they handle problems when they arise, and yes, every transaction has its own share of problems, from the home inspection to the day of closing, and sometimes beyond! Some of which you never know about because "your agent" was able to handle it.  I am very confident that if there is a problem and it has a way to be solved - I can creatively solve it and find a way to make it work. PROBLEM SOLVED!
